Job description:
The Director of Human Resources provides delivers prompt and professional consultation, support and technical direction to facility leaders in a variety of complex matters involving the full range of HR policies and practices with special focus on labor relations, associate relations, investigations, discipline and the administration of three (3) collective bargaining agreements. Will oversee leave management and related HR programs, ensure compliance with Joint Commission requirements and lead initiatives related to employee engagement.

Job Requirements
Education, training, experience:
-Minimum of five years Acute Care Hospital experience required.
-Must have prior experience working with organized labor.
-Bachelor’s degree required.
-Master’s degree and/or SPHR preferred.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills, strong negotiation skills.
